Can I request a new product?

Are there any additional fees involved with international shipping?

There may be extra costs related for international orders depending on your country. In some cases, there will be VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs duties and/or fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges for taxes or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate what the charges may be since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the PICC line cover, we cannot accept returns for this product.

However, we do accept returns for our apparel merchandise and other products within 15 days of the outgoing shipping date.  

What is your exchange policy and how do I make one?

We do product exchanges for all of our products.

Simply follow these steps:

  1. Make a new order here for the new size/color of the product that you would like as an exchange.
  2. Mail us back the original order as you received it, and email us the tracking code at answers@mighty-well.com.
  3. As soon as we receive the product from your original order, we will refund you for your original order right away.

Please mail all the pieces of the delivered package in a regular package-mailing envelope. We recommend using USPS first-class (package/thick envelope) for shipping the product back to us for the best rate; you can also use any other traceable carriers, such as UPS or FedEx.

We only accept size and color exchanges of PICC line covers within 15 days of the outgoing shipping date. Please, send your size exchange unwashed and in the same condition you received it.

What are your hours?

We are a startup, so we work around the clock (when we’re not visiting doctors, taking our meds, or having our daily spoonie naps). We’re in the office Monday-Friday, 10 AM-7 PM. All orders will be mailed out within 24 hours of us receiving them; we want you to be on your way to comfort & style as soon as possible!

Are your products medical devices?

The PICCPerfect PICC Line Cover and all Mighty Well products are fashion accessories. They are not medical devices and do not require pre-marketing or post-marketing regulatory approval by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) pursuant to Section 201(h) of the Federal Food Drug & Cosmetic (FD&C) Act.

All information provided on Mighty-Well.com and on the PICCPerfect PICC Line Cover packaging is intended only for your general knowledge and is not a substitute for medical advice for specific medical conditions from your doctor or other professional healthcare providers. Should you have any health care-related questions, please promptly call or see your physician or other health care provider.

How do I size myself for a PICC line cover?

To determine the size of your PICC line Cover, use a flexible measuring tape to measure the size of your arm where your PICC line is placed. Use the size chart below to select the size of best fit. If you are in between sizes, consider if you like a snug fit or a looser fit. If you are still unsure, call us at (617) 804-7906 and our support team will help you determine the size of best fit.
