A six-month accelerator program for innovative tech startups led by multicultural entrepreneurs. The Lab is Co-Headed by Alice Vilma and Carla Harris and based in New York City.

The Cartier Women's Initiative

The Cartier Women's Initiative is an annual international entrepreneurship program that aims to drive change by empowering female impact entrepreneurs. Founded in 2006, the program is open to women-run and women-owned businesses from any country and sector that aims to have a strong and sustainable social and/or environmental impact. The Cartier Women's Initiative Global Programme Director is based in Paris, France.


Headquartered in the United States with locations in Boston, Israel, Mexico, Rhode Island, Switzerland, and Texas, MassChallenge strengthens the global innovation ecosystem by accelerating high-potential startups across all industries, from anywhere in the world for zero-equity taken.

New England Medical Innovation Center (NEMIC)

NEMIC is a Med Tech Hub that provides expert support, education, connections to funding, and specialized expertise to innovators and entrepreneurs in the medical technologies space. They draw on an extensive network of SMEs and facilitate clinical access. Their goal is to support individuals and accelerate Med Tech ideas into fundable and sustainable solutions.NEMIC's Co-Heads are Aiden Petrie and Lydia Shin Schroter based in Providence, RI.

Social Enterprise Greenhouse (SEG):

SEG creates positive social and economic impact by providing social entrepreneurs and enterprises with the tools and networks they need to thrive. They also foster an ecosystem of diverse stakeholders who work to enable a more just, equitable, and resilient economy. SEG is founded by Kelly Ramirez based in Providence, RI.

Emily Levy

Co-Founder and CEO

I am an award-winning social impact entrepreneur and keynote speaker who is passionate about advocating for the patient perspective in healthcare. I am a former Innovation Catalyst at Wentworth Institute of Technology, and Community Manager at Veems, an app based in Israel.

My Friend in the Fight: My 12-year-old sister, Tess, who was born with a hemangioma and had 16 surgeries before she was 2. Today, she is a feisty and fierce soccer player!

Maria Del Mar Gomez

Since moving to Boston from Santo Domingo in 2012, I have immersed myself in the health and wellness industry after seeing family members and my closest friends struggle with illness.

After graduating from Babson College with dual concentrations in TED and Environmental Sustainability, going through award-winning accelerators with Mighty Well, such as MassChallenge, and consulting in San Francisco, I have become a passionate advocate for business as a means for social change both for women and minorities.

My Friend in the Fight: My aunt who is a Crohn's Warrior.

I am a global financial analyst by day and startup co-founder by every other minute of my life. I grew up learning the ropes of my family business based in Kuwait and later graduated from Babson College with concentrations in entrepreneurship, finance, and economics.
I have seen how mental health and chronic conditions can affect the ones I love most, I am motivated by seeing how our products can help the healing process - both mentally and physically.
