Here's our most commonly asked questions all in one place.

Mighty Well has a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after placing your item to request a return or an exchange. For One by Prism products, please scroll to the One by Prism section of this FAQ.

 To start a return or exchange, head to your customer account in the upper right-hand corner of our website.Select the order and item(s) you’d like to return and submit your request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can contact us for any return questions at listenup@mightywell.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that Mighty Well Masks are final sale and cannot be returned. PICCPerfect® PICC Line Cover and PICCPerfect® Pro are eligible for size exchanges only, see below for details. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Size Exchanges
We accept size exchanges on PICCPerfect®. Please use the return form in your customer account, select the reason as "too small" or "too large" and write us a note that you are looking for an exchange, with the item you'd like to receive. We may reach out with additional questions if necessary. 
Please note size exchanges will not be shipped until the returned item is received by us, and they are always shipped with standard shipping. If you want the new item to be shipped right away, please process it as a new order - you can select expedited shipping at checkout. You can still return the original item for a refund. 

Restocking Fee
There is a $5.95 restocking fee per return for all products except the Fluid Motion Backpack. Because of weight and size, the Fluid Motion Backpack has a $10.95 restocking fee.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at listenup@mightywell.com.

Our collaborator, One By Prism, accepts returns within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of purchase. If the reason for the return is no longer wanting or needing the item ordered, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges related to returning the product. Returns must be coordinated with a member of the One By Prism team, which can be reached at ecommerce@onebyprism.com or by dialing (877) 200-8968. The team will gladly assist with the return process. All returns should be shipped to:

If the product(s) ordered are missing, defective, incorrect, or damaged, the customer must communicate with the One By Prism team within 72 hours by email at ecommerce@onebyprism.com or by calling (877) 200-8968 to start the return process. The team will provide a shipping label and return service to the location.

All items being returned must be in their original shipped condition and in the original packaging – unopened, unused, with no broken seals, no writings or markings on the boxes or items themselves, and all parts and accessories in the original packaging. Once One By Prism receives the returned item, they will inspect and approve the refund for the returned items.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once the return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify the customer of the receipt and the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Once your order is placed, we are unable to make changes to it (e.g., product selection or shipping address) due to our use of a third-party warehouse and fulfillment service.

If you need a different product or need to correct your shipping address, we recommend placing a new order on our website to avoid any delays. Once the original order arrives, we can support you in returning and getting a refund for your original order.

To start a return, please log into your customer account in the upper right-hand corner of our website and follow the return process.

All colors of the PICCPerfect®PICC Line Covers, Waterproof Shower Protector, Self Care Case, Fluid Motion Backpack, and Mighty Well Mask. The FSA/HSA approved product code is listed on your packing slip. The packing slip can also be submitted to your benefit administrator for reimbursement per your insurance plan.

All Mighty Well orders are processed through our website - Mightywell.com - Shopify’s secure system. Please note that we do NOT process website orders through PayPal or outside of mightywell.com. If you are interested in placing a wholesale order, email us at wholesale@mightywell.com.

When you receive an email from a Mighty Well team member, please ensure that it is from the "@Mightywell.com" domain. Emails that end in "@gmail.com" are outside of our organization. Please forward any fraudulent emails to operations@mightywell.com.

Mighty Well® offers free shipping on its owned products if the order is $35+. Any orders including our collaborator’s products (all products that are included in this collection) are subject to their shipping policies and rates.

Please note that our third-party warehouse is closed for the following federal holidays, which may affect shipping times, including but not limited to:.

  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day

All Mighty Well orders ship within 1 business day.

  • Orders ship on weekdays (Monday to Friday) from our partner fulfillment center.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday).
  • Our primary shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
  • These carriers do NOT guarantee weekend delivery.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

December 2024 Update regarding shipping to Canada:

  • Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, Mighty Well® can no longer offer economical USPS International shipping rates to Canada. Mighty Well® can only ship to Canada via an express service such as DHL eCommerce, FedEx, or UPS, meaning our shipping costs and timelines to Canada will have to increase until further notice.  We will stay up to date regarding the strike and update our shipping policies when possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.

PICCPerfect® PICC Line Cover

We do not accept returns on this product for safety reasons, but you can exchange it (before use) for a different size - note that we dispose of your return when received as a precautionary method. Be sure to try it on your catheter-free arm first, to check on the best fit.

To determine the best size, use a flexible measuring tape and have your nurse or a friend measure the circumference of your arm where your PICC is placed. Make sure to have your arm relaxed straight by your side.

Once you receive the PICCPerfect®, try it on your arm that doesn’t have the PICC line; this will ensure your practice on how to get it on and make sure it will be comfortable on your arm with the PICC. You can also use our sizing app, and check out this video for more tips.

We highly recommend that you get a smaller size. Like your favorite pair of jeans, the PICCPerfect® PICC Line Covers stretch out a bit after multiple uses. You can also use our sizing app, and check out this video for more tips. If still unsure, feel free to contact us at Listenup@mightywell.com.

Your PICCPerfect® PICC Line Cover has moisture-wicking properties, but it is NOT waterproof. You should use a waterproof cover (check out our Waterproof Shower Protector here) to prevent any water near the insertion site while showering. Check out our blog for a list of bathing tips and tricks. 

Machine wash and hang to dry is the best way to clean a PICCPerfect ® PICC Line Cover. Warm to cool water is recommended.

It is also recommended to change your PICC line cover every couple of days to benefit from the silver ion yarn technology. With multiple colors available in our PICCPerfect®, be sure to have one on hand to wear and extras to wash.

Our PICCPerfect®️ PICC Line Covers contain polyester, silver ion, and spandex.

Yes, you can use your FSA/HSA card to buy approved items from the Mighty Well Shop. All colors of the PICCPerfect® are eligible for this benefit.

Fluid Motion Backpack

This backpack can hold either two IV/ feed bags of 1.5L or one 2L or 3L IV/feed bag.

Yes, the Kangaroo Joey Pump fits in the Fluid Motion Backpack.

The Fluid Motion Backpack is made with water-repellent polyester shell.

Currently, we only have the backpack available in Black and Platinum. However, feel free to decorate your Fluid Motion Backpack to make it your own. You can check out some ideas on our social media and/or our blog about how to do this.

The Fluid Motion Backpack is designed with large adjustable straps that can fit over the back of a wheelchair.

No - the Fluid Motion Backpack is currently not covered by insurance at this time. However, it is FSA/HSA eligible. An HSA/FSA card may be used at the time of purchase and/or the packing slip can be submitted into your benefits administrator.

Yes, you can use your FSA/HSA card to buy approved items from the Mighty Well Shop. The Self Care Case, all colors of the PICCPerfect®, Waterproof Shower Protector, and Mighty Well Mask are also eligible for this benefit.

Any small ice pack should work. If the ice pack is intended to be free floating, 8" x 4" or smaller works well. If the ice pack is instead to be inserted into the inside pocket, 6"x 4" or smaller is recommended. Check out our Reusable Cold Gel Pack here.

Self Care Case

Yes, it is the same as any other pill box or organizer. Make sure to store your prescription labels in the Self Care Case, in case you need to provide them to TSA officials! Be aware that any liquid medications may need to be placed in a separate bag for airport security.

The Mighty Well design team recommends you use a dry erase marker. When you want to erase the notes you’ve made on your pouches, the best option is to use alcohol wipes.

Yes, if you have a card, then you can add it in checkout. You can also purchase this item using a different payment method and choose to be reimbursed by your benefit administrator later.

Mighty Well Mask

No. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and for the safety of our consumers, we can not accept mask returns. However, we would like to offer you a 10% discount if you would like to get another size for a better fit. Kindly use this code (MMask10).

Our Mighty Well Masks are designed to fit snugly, but comfortably against the side of the face. If you are in between two sizes, we recommend using the smaller size.

The Mighty Well Mask’s yarn is a double knit embedded with silver ion technology to help prevent the growth of bacteria, mold and mildew on the fabric.

DISCLAIMER: Mighty Well, Inc. face masks do not provide antimicrobial, antibacterial, or antiviral protection to the wearer. Mighty Well face masks have not been cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other governmental or administrative organization. Per CDC guidelines, cloth masks should not be placed on children under the age of 2.

It is a lightweight cord that clips on to your mask so that you can take off your mask without worrying about losing it or placing it on a dirty surface. Available on its own or as part of a care kit.

H₂O Shield™

Measure around your arm in the area that you would like to protect from water. I.e., Above your PICC, Midline, or dressing. Refer to the sizing below to select your ideal size: 

  • S-M: Ideal for an upper arm circumference of 8" - 12"
  • M-L: Ideal for an upper arm circumference of 12" - 20"

For customers who use the PICCPerfect® PICC Line Cover, see the size guide image for your ideal size. 

  • Carefully grip the Shower Cover’s navy blue neoprene seal by its outer edge using your thumb and forefinger, where it joins the clear plastic body of the protector. Insert your arm into the seal opening, gently pushing it in.
  • Still gripping the Shower Cover as described above, continue dragging it up and slowly ease the navy seal over the affected area. Then allow the seal to turn inwards as it slides up to secure it.
  • When you’ve pulled the Shower Cover up as high as possible, pull the Shower Cover down slightly so that the seal reverses itself, turning upwards so that the inner surface of the seal is in direct contact with your skin
  • Ensure that the seal of your Shower Cover lays flat against your skin and is wrinkle-free with a snug, comfortable fit to ensure waterproof protection.
  •  Carefully roll the seal back on itself a little and ease it over your dressing
  • You will now be able to slide the protector off your arm easily
  • Hang your Shower Cover to dry - ensure it’s away from any direct heat source.
  • It will be ready to use again whenever you need it
  • Hand-wash the Shower Protector as needed
  • You can use a mild disinfectant or detergent.
  • Dry your Shower Protector thoroughly away from direct heat before storing.
  • Avoid folding the neoprene seal and check that it remains undamaged before reusing
  • Store in a dry place at room temperature
